I had originally created this to write about things pertaining to earth friendly alternatives and such.. providing beautiful photographs to go along with the posts, hence the url name ‘green image’. That only lasted for three posts.
Since then, I’ve been baking a lot more.. as organic as I can get. And cane-sugar-free. I love baking/cooking blogs with good photos and figured I might as well start my own since there are not a lot of blogs that use alternative sweeteners.
Besides baking, I like sewing, knitting, and crocheting. I also have tons of polymer clay and projects I’ve started but have yet to finish.
After I am done with my senior year of college, I plan to do some animal conservation work that involves traveling.
