I got this in the mail after filling out a form for free samples on Bragg’s website and figured this would be a great way to try it out. I baked the salmon at a low temperature of 200°F for about an hour. Usually I bake at a higher temperature for about 10-20 minutes, but I wasn’t extremely hungry at the time I put it in and figured I’d give this method a try. I didn’t think it made much of a difference texture or taste-wise, and I think I’ll stick to the higher temp/shorter time.

Leftover salmon goes great with an egg scramble in the morning. I love how a $6 chunk of raw salmon lasts me three meals. Much cheaper than a restaurant, that’s for sure!
